How it works

Tell us. Email [support@nyrve.in] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and "Return" in the subject line.

We pick it up. We'll schedule a free reverse pickup from your address — no printing labels, no courier runs.

Quick check. Once the product reaches us and passes a basic inspection, your refund is initiated.

Money back. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return reaching us.
Refunds, by payment method

Prepaid orders (UPI / cards / netbanking): refunded to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer — we'll ask for your details when the return is approved.
A few fair conditions

The product should be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and all accessories.

Items that arrive back damaged due to misuse can't be refunded.

The ₹79 COD fee (where applicable) is non-refundable, as it covers courier collection charges.
Received something damaged or wrong?
That's on us, completely. Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — including any fees. No return questions asked for defective or incorrect items.
