Changed your mind? No drama.We designed Nyrve products to earn a permanent spot on your desk. But if something isn't right — wrong vibe, wrong fit, or just not what you expected — we've made returns genuinely easy.

The short version

  • 7 days to return, from the day your order is delivered

  • Any reason is a valid reason — no interrogation

  • We arrange free reverse pickup from your doorstep

  • Full refund to your original payment method

How it works

  1. Tell us. Email [support@nyrve.in] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and "Return" in the subject line.

  2. We pick it up. We'll schedule a free reverse pickup from your address — no printing labels, no courier runs.

  3. Quick check. Once the product reaches us and passes a basic inspection, your refund is initiated.

  4. Money back. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return reaching us.

Refunds, by payment method

  • Prepaid orders (UPI / cards / netbanking): refunded to your original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer — we'll ask for your details when the return is approved.

A few fair conditions

  • The product should be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and all accessories.

  • Items that arrive back damaged due to misuse can't be refunded.

  • The ₹79 COD fee (where applicable) is non-refundable, as it covers courier collection charges.

Received something damaged or wrong?

That's on us, completely. Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — including any fees. No return questions asked for defective or incorrect items.
