Welcome to Nyrve. By using nyrve.in / nyrve.store (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not to hide things — but they are binding, so here goes.

1. Who we are The Site is operated by Nyrve ("Nyrve", "we", "us"). Contact details are in our Contact Information page.

2. Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm you're at least 18 years old or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & accuracy We do our best to display our products accurately — colors, dimensions, and specs. Minor variations can occur due to screens and manufacturing batches. Product images are for representation; what matters is the spec sheet.

4. Pricing & payment All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD orders carry a ₹79 handling fee). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at a clearly incorrect price, with a full refund.

5. Orders An order confirmation email means we've received your order — acceptance happens when we ship it. We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, unserviceable addresses, or stock issues; you'll be refunded in full.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Your account & conduct You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and not misuse the Site (no scraping, hacking, fraudulent orders, or reselling misrepresentation).

8. Intellectual property Everything on this Site — the Nyrve name, logo, product photos, copy, and design — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't reproduce it commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyrve's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Warranty & product use Products should be used as intended and per included instructions. Any manufacturer warranty, where applicable, is stated on the product page.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version live on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
