Delivery timeline

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered in 3–5 business days across most of India. Remote pin codes may take a day or two longer — we'll keep you posted.

Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: Free shipping. Always.

• Cash on Delivery: ₹79 COD handling fee, added at checkout. (Tip: pay online and it's free.)

Tracking

The moment your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email/SMS. You can follow it door to door.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it ships — just email support@nyrve.store with your order number. Once it's on the move, it can't be cancelled, but our 7-day easy return policy has you covered after delivery.

Delays

We work with reliable courier partners, but weather, festivals, and the occasional logistics gremlin can cause delays. If your order is running late, reach out — we'll chase it down.

Serviceability

We currently ship across India. If your pin code isn't serviceable, checkout will let you know before you pay.
